- “Products” refers to the baby and kids clothing, accessories, toys, shoes, and other items available for wholesale purchase.
- “Services” refers to the wholesale services, including quoting, sampling, manufacturing, and shipping.
2. Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws, reproduce or exploit any portion of the Site without permission, use automated devices to scrape the Site, interfere with the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product information, but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Product colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings. All prices are wholesale prices in USD and subject to change. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or customs fees. All products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as indicated.
4. Orders and Purchases
Inquiry and Quotation: Submit an inquiry through our contact form, email, or WhatsApp. We will provide a detailed quotation within 24 business hours.
Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to our written confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Payment Terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Payment methods: T/T, Western Union, PayPal, or other agreed methods.
Production Time: Standard production time is 15-25 business days after receipt of deposit and sample approval.
Quality Control: All products undergo strict quality control before shipment. Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping via Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, 3-7 days), Air Freight (5-10 days), and Sea Freight (20-40 days). Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and method, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier delays. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the wholesale nature of our business, we generally do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7-14 business days after inspection.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Luna Bella Baby Shop and protected by copyright and trademark laws. “Luna Bella” and the Luna Bella logo are our trademarks. For OEM/ODM orders, any custom designs provided by you remain your property.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during business, including product designs, pricing, customer lists, and technical information. This obligation survives termination of any business relationship.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna Bella Baby Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luna Bella Baby Shop from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, power outages, or transportation delays.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to CIETAC for arbitration in Guangzhou, China. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
